Bicycling in Mountain View

The City Council has proclaimed May 2011 as Bike Month.

Mountain View Bike Maps and information regarding bikeways and bicycle facilities, including downtown bike lockers and the bike shelter at the downtown Mountain View Transit Center, can be obtained from the Public Works Department by calling 650-903-6311 or by emailing public.works@mountainview.gov

Bicycle Licensing
Bicycle licenses are issued at any of the City’s five fire stations; note, however, that this service is not available at the Police/Fire Administration Building. The fee is $1.  The general phone number for the fire department is 650-903-6365.
