Marsy's Law

Californians approved Proposition 9, the Victims’ Bill of Rights Act: Marsy’s Law, in November 2008. Marsy’s Law expanded the rights of victims.  Marsy's Card, a printable resource card is also available from the California Attorney General's website.     

For details regarding the investigation of your case you can contact the investigating officer directly, or you can call the Mountain View Police Department at (650) 903-6344.

For information regarding the prosecution of your case, contact the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.   
 
Victims can register to be notified when a person who has been arrested your case is released from custody.
