The Development Review Committee (DRC) consists of the Deputy Zoning Administrator and two professional consulting architects. The duties and responsibilities of the DRC are to review the architecture and site design of new development and improvements and provide applicants with appropriate design comments.

The DRC usually meets the first and third Wednesday of each month at 2:00pm in the Plaza Conference Room, Second Floor, City Hall, 500 Castro Street. Meeting dates and location are subject to change.  You may access past and current agendas here - Hearing Agendas, and access current meeting time and location information here - City Calendar. The Agenda will be posted the Friday prior to the hearing date by 5:00pm.  For further information please contact the Planning Division Secretary at (650) 903-6306.
