City Boards, Commissions and Committees serve in an advisory capacity to the City Council on a wide range of matters, including zoning and land use, library policy, parks and recreation programs, social and cultural issues, and public art and aesthetics.
Members are appointed by the City Council for four-year terms, except for the Downtown Committee, which are three-year terms.
